Lathe and Mill Equipment

We are capable of most turning and milling work for all our in-house products.

Mandrel Tube Bending

Is now here! We are now capable of bending 1/2"-3". We have over 55 tooling sets, and will be listing them out by size, material, and wall thickness soon. We will take in small quantity orders, as well as large scale orders on a monthly basis.

Rotary Draw Tube Bending (2 piece tooling)

Our RMD model 350 bender is capable of round, square, and rectangular tubing, as well as solid and U-channel. We also use a 10 foot IDX positioning table for exact repeatability of compound bends, semi-computer controlled for large volume and accurate bending, and a touch screen job memory program. Currently for our model 350 bender we have tooling from 3/4" to 1-3/4" as well as 2x3 rectangular tubing.

Tube Notching

Our RMD model TN-900 abrasive notcher offers notching at any angle as well as offset notching. This machine has a 3/4" to 3" capacity, and we have all tolling to notch these sizes (in 1/8" increments) and is capable of notching square and round tube, round solid, and pipe.

14" Cold Saw

This machine has 2 speed selection for ferrous and non-ferrous materials, which we can cut up to 4-1/2" round, and 6"x4" box material. We cut hundred of parts in house, and can hold .010 tolerance.

2- 7'x15' OTGP Chassis Jigs

Our two in-house fabricated heavy duty chassis jigs are for building chassis' as well as OTGP manufactured products.

Sheet Metal Fabricating Equipment

Our National Box Pan Brake and Tennsmith Shear allow us to shear up to 16 gauge and bend up to 12 gauge. Our Mitler Brothers Heavy Duty Bead Roller has a capacity of 16 gauge with a 36" throat capacity. We have multiple size bead tooling as well as flange, hem rolls, spoiler rolls, and many other forming tools.

Race Scales

On the Ground Performance sports a brand new set of Tanner race scales. These scales have a 6,000 total pound capacity, with 1500 pounds per scale. These scales can read front weight, rear weight, individual wheel loads, side to side weight and cross sectional weight. These scales are a valuable tool when choosing the correct spring rates for coil-over systems, and factory type set ups.
